Light industrial/ showroom space is currently available at Unimix House and we would be delighted to offer a tour of the available units should you require.
We would also be interested to work together with occupiers in order to assist them with the purchase of their own premises where by we could purchase the freehold on their behalf and lease the property back to the occupier at an agreed rent and potentially also with an option to purchase.
