Cygnet Properties & Leisure PLC has a broad portfolio of investments, including a variety of retail space. We have a number of units that are let on long leases to covenants including Barclays Bank Plc and Thomas Cook, but we also have showroom space and local shopping parades for which vacancies can occur from time to time.
