A telephone number and handset is available for £15.20+VAT pcm (calls are charged in arrears and at a similar rate to BT Business Choice 2). An additional handset to the same telephone number is an extra £8+VAT pcm whereas 2xtelephone numbers with two handsets would be £30.40+VAT pcm. I f you do not require a telephone, it does not have to be taken and if you are currently operating VoIP phones, they can be brought with and operated through the internet.

The shared internet facility is available for £45+VAT pcm. Dedicated networks are available and are more expensive (20mbps uncontended is available for £100+VAT pcm and 40mbps uncontended is available for £200+VAT pcm). An IP address is £10+VAT pcm if required.

Parking

There is unrestricted parking in the vicinity (not on the estate).
